TXRE Properties completed the purchase in an off-market transaction acquired from The Rainer Companies. The building is an 80,000-square-foot office asset located in the world-famous Arlington Entertainment District. TXRE is already underway with a full renovation, repositioning, and rebranding of the property as Arlington Interlink which will revive the asset to class A standards.
TXRE was attracted to the building’s location with direct access off I-30, the world-famous Arlington Entertainment District, and the ability to attract employers that service both Dallas and Fort Worth. “We are extremely excited about this acquisition due to the property’s proximity to the world-famous and amenity-rich Texas Live entertainment district and its best in market access to freeways and thus the Dallas and Tarrant County labor markets,” stated Justin Smith, Owner, and Founding Partner of TXRE Properties.
