TXRE Properties completed the purchase in an off-market transaction acquired from The Rainer Companies. The building is an 80,000-square-foot office asset located in the world-famous Arlington Entertainment District. TXRE is already underway with a full renovation, repositioning, and rebranding of the property as Arlington Interlink which will revive the asset to class A standards.
